The filling process begins after the operator clamps the bag and initiates the START command either through the controller’s push button or foot switch. The controller then automatically sets the net weight to zero by taring the gross weight. Material is fed into the bag via a twin-speed screw feeder, with the controller adjusting the feeding rate. Once the target weight is reached in the Main/Coarse feed mode, the feeder switches to Fine feed for precise dosing until the Final Weight minus In-Flight value is achieved. After stopping the feeding, a settling time (adjustable between 500ms to 1 sec) ensues before signaling the end of the batch. The Totalizer and Bag Counter are updated accordingly, and a pneumatically operated consolidation mechanism is employed to compact the product in the bag.

 Stage 1:
Door is in closed condition to maintain a controlled environment during blending.
Teas are evenly spread or layered across all eight chambers to ensure uniform distribution.
Blending process commences from this point onwards, leveraging the equal distribution in the chambers for optimal mixing.                      Stage 2:                                                                   Â
Geared drive system opens opposite doors in an automated sequence: 1 & 5, 2 & 6, 3 & 7, 4 & 8.
During door opening, teas on the top start rolling downwards due to gravity, pulling down the teas below them.
Inverted cone and baffles at level-2 prevent teas from spreading out and control the descent, aiding in blending.
Teas settle down and blend as they descend through the chambers.
Once all teas are discharged, doors shut automatically, initiating the next feeding cycle.
Blending cycle continues continuously thereafter for seamless production.
