PRODUCT DETAILS:
- Material: Aluminized PENOTEX carbon fiber, heat resistant up to approximately 900°C for 4-5 minutes.
- Design: Includes a hood with visor, a jacket and trouser combination, boots, and gloves.
- Weight: The total weight of the suit is a maximum of 15.5 kg.
- Size: Available in XL-XXL.
- Heat Resistance: Can withstand boiling water, molten metal, and has resistance capabilities to acids/alkalis. It can also withstand temperatures up to 1500°C momentarily.
- Construction: Three-layer construction with an outer cloth made from inherently flame-resistant Nomex/meta aramid fiber, a moisture barrier that is fire-resistant and breathable, and a thermal barrier consisting of two integrated or quilted layers.
- Reflective Tape: High-quality reflective tape at strategic places for visibility.
- Pockets: The coat has three pockets as standard.
- Collar: Designed to doubly secure and cover the neck portion with a throat tab fitted with fire retardant Velcro.
- Front Closure: A heavy-duty molded zip beneath a full-length catch flap, closing with fire retardant Velcro.
- Sleeves & Cuffs: Sleeves with an additional gusset to allow free arm movement without raising the hem of the coat.
