When to File a Case?
Your order has not been shipped or received within the promised time frame.

Steps to File a Case
Log into Your Account
Access your Naayatrade account and navigate to the order in question.
Select "File a Case"
Find the order details and click on the "File a Case" button.
Provide Case Details
Fill in the required information, including a detailed description of the issue, and attach any supporting documents or photos.
Submit Your Case
After reviewing the information, submit your case for review.
Case Review and Resolution
Our customer service team will review your case, mediate between you and the supplier, and work towards a fair resolution. You will be notified of the progress and the outcome via email.
What Happens Next?
Our team will thoroughly investigate your case, contacting the supplier if necessary.
Depending on the findings, you may receive a refund, replacement, or other compensation
We will follow up to ensure the resolution is satisfactory and that any agreed actions are completed.
